1. Click on the Dashboard button in the navigation bar.
2. Select the Projects tab in the navigation bar.
3. Click on the Scenes button in the top right corner.
4. Create a new scene or open a new scene.
5. Click on the Add button in the Editors toolbar.
6. Select Point Light from the Light Source drop-down menu.
7. Choose a new color from the color picker for the point light.
8. Adjust the intensity of the point light by moving the slider to the right in the Properties panel.
9. Enable shadows for the point light by toggling the switch in the Properties panel.
10. Increase the opacity of the shadows by moving the slider to the right in the Properties panel.
11. Adjust the blur setting of the shadow using the slider.
